Aleksandra Synowiec, sociologist and communication specialist, researcher and academic teacher with 15 years of experience in higher education. She completed PhD in the field of sociology, currently works as assistant professor at Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice Poland. Actively involved in research projects focusing on social media discourse, migration, and contemporary communication processes. For many years, she has been working on issues related to migration, intercultural integration, social communication, and education in culturally diverse environments. She has documented experience in working with Ukrainian refugees as well as in teaching Polish as a foreign language. She combines academic expertise with practical engagement in social, educational, and integration-oriented activities supporting individuals with migration experience.

Jolanta Konieczny

Jolanta Konieczny – PhD in Social Sciences in the discipline of Pedagogy. She is currently an assistant professor at the Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Organization and Management. She has many years of experience in both teaching and academic research. She is the author of scholarly articles and book chapters in academic monographs in the fields of education, therapy, and sustainable development. Her research interests focus on adults and children with neurodiversity, as well as the quality of their education and work. She specialises in higher education didactics and early childhood and primary education, pedagogical therapy, sensory integration, therapy and education for individuals on the autism spectrum, and social skills training.
